Can you imagine if every organization had the same level of intent and attention to detail? Of course, it’s probably very unrealistic to expect many organizations—let alone people—to be as competent as Basecamp in the field of communications.
If communication is the oxygen/blood of any organization, why don’t more organizations step back and look at and improve how they communicate?
